At Artimood, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. You have the right to request a replacement or refund for any product purchased from our store, under the conditions outlined below. This policy applies to all items available on our website.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Products can be returned or replaced if:

  • They are in their original condition
  • They include all original packaging and accessories
  • They have not been used, damaged, or altered

Timeframe for Returns & Replacements

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  3. Send a photo of the item, along with:
    • Your city
    • Delivery address
  1. Order number
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

Conditions for Refunds & Replacements

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description on our website, we will issue:
    • A full refund, or
    • A replacement, depending on your preference.
  • A full refund is guaranteed if the delivered item is completely different from what was shown on the product page.
  • If the return request is made without a valid defect or issue, a deduction will apply:
    • 30% of the product price, OR
    • A minimum fee of 25 DH,
      whichever is higher.

  • Artimood is not responsible for personal expectations of product performance unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
  • For defective or damaged products, replacements will be arranged after the claim is validated.
